This policy represents our Privacy Policy as at 1st January, 2006.

References to National Pacific Properties are to National Pacific Properties Pty. Ltd (ACN 116 998 335) which has issued this policy. This policy is also adopted by all National Pacific Properties subsidiaries and associated companies which are subject to the Act.
