Wyndham Waters – This project is currently selling.
The rapidly expanding Wyndham Growth Corridor is home to the highly successful project, Wyndham Waters. Its ecologically pristine wetlands, broad waterways and lush water gardens, are integral to the living future of Wyndham Waters. Assisting the richly green surroundings of mature trees, a state of the art Swale Water system turns everyday storm water into what is actually a living filter system.
Particular focus has been placed on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and aesthetic appeal. In addition, building design guidelines which ensure contemporary and cohesive streetscapes, enhance the longer term value of Wyndham Waters, and help it to stand out amongst its peers in this highly active growth corridor.
National Pacific Properties has an equity interest in this project and participation is managed through a Project Control Group process.
