Eddie’s contribution to the success and continuing growth of property development has been (in excess of) 28 years experience in all areas of the building industry. Complemented by his strong foundation of 18 years experience as a fully qualified electrician, Now retired as Burbank Homes’ Joint Managing Director, Eddie Puhar’s involvement continues as he lends his wealth of knowledge and experience to National Pacific Properties.
Eddie has had an extensive career in both the finance and construction industries. Together, with his step-brother Eddie Puhar, they established Burbank, which is now one of Victoria’s leading residential and mixed-use building and development companies as well as a recognised leader in Melbourne of medium and high density housing, after a long and rewarding career in banking. Eddie continues to spearhead Burbank’s strategic expansion and profit growth.
National Pacific Properties’ General Manager, Steve Copland, has nearly 25 years experience in the land development industry. Currently a Board Member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, Steve is a qualified urban planner and brings to National Pacific Properties his experience of successful projects undertaken with the likes of Urban and Regional Land Corporation, Lensworth and Stockland. Steve is charged with the task of growing National Pacific Properties to ensure it becomes a recognised and respected player within the land development industry, firstly in Victoria and eventually Australia wide.
Allan is a Chartered Accountant and, with over 25 years experience in audit and financial services (in both the private and public sector brings extensive financial skills to the Group. Allan also has strong residential development experience having held both finance and development management roles during an 8 year career with the Urban and Regional Land Corporation.
Paul has worked in development management roles since 2005 and has been involved in projects in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Europe and the Middle East ranging from residential communities, mixed use marina orientated tourism precincts, master planned cities and high density residential and commercial buildings. Prior to his time in the development industry Paul was employed in the Financial Assurance Services Industry. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics.
Sandra has worked in the property industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles including marketing, sales, finance, and administration. The former Chartered Accountant has worked on large scale urban renewal developments during a 17–year career with Lend Lease Development, and brings a broad range of industry skills to the group.
